Our team has approx. 1-5 business days to fulfill and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, shipping time varies depending on the carrier you choose at checkout and your location. *Please note that if you order during a release or restock, fulfillment time may be longer due to higher volumes of orders.
USA orders
Shipped via Chit Chats- 6-8 business days.
*You may pay to upgrade to DHL Express 1-2 day shipping.
Canadian Orders
Shipped via Purolator, Canpar or UPS depending on your location and take approximately 3-7 business days.
International Orders
Shipped via Ascendia and take approximately 14-28 business days.

When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

All international customers may be subject to duties (USA & Canadian customers exempt)
All countries have their own values and limits of what can be imported without duties. Caballero Handmade. is not responsible for any customs duties that may incur and cannot predict what you will be asked to pay.
If an item is returned because the buyer did not pay duties, the original cost of shipping the item as well as the shipping we are charged to receive the returned item will be deducted from the refund.
