Where can I find help with sizing?

Size charts can be found in each shoe listing or accessed here. If you have any questions after looking it over, please contact us at hello@caballerohandmade.com and we would be happy to help.

I want to return or exchange my item, what do I need to know?

Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused products returned in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue a refund for the cost of the shoes, less our $5 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed. All sale items are a final sale. If you would like to return your items, please email us at hello@caballerohandmade.com to start the process.
